Sen De lima Bumanat na naman sa PAngulo: Paghawak sa problema ng Covid-19: si Duterte mismo ang palpak, ‘di lang si Duque – Sen. De Lima

Nanindigan si Senadora Leila De Lima na hindi lang si Health Secretary Francisco Duque ang pumalpak sa paghawak sa problemang dulot ng COVID-19 pandemic, kundi si Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte mismo.

“Primary responsibility for the failure of leadership and gross neglect of duties in our COVID-19 campaign rests not on Sec. Duque but on Mr. Duterte,” diin ni De Lima sa pinadala nitong statement mula sa PNP Custodial Center.

Katuwiran ni de Lima, nagkulang din ang DFA dahil mabagal sila sa rekomendasyon ng travel ban, walang updated list ang DSWD ng mga mahihirap na pamilya maliban sa mga 4Ps, hindi rin agad nagpatupad ang DOTr ng transportation protocol para maagang pinairal ang social distancing, hindi napag-aralan ng DILG ang isolation center sa bawat local government unit at nakapaghanda sana ang DA ng kanilang buffer stock upang masiguro ang supply ng pagkain.

“These departments do not answer to Sec. Duque. They report to Mr. Duterte,” katuwiran ni de Lima.


Hindi rin umano nakatulong ang mga ulat sa bayan ni Duterte.
