Magbabalik telebisyon na ang ABS-CBN Channel 2. Ayon ito sa anunsyong inilabas ni House Speaker Alan Peter Cayetano sa kanyang privilege speech.
Sa naganap na May 13 congressional hearing, ibinaba ni Cayetano ang nasabing order sa pamamagitan ng isang House Bill 6732.
Ang naturang pagpasa sa provisional franchise para sa ipinasarang network ay inaprubahan sa mismong araw ng pag-aanunsyo ng House Speaker.
Hanggang October 31, 2020 valid ang nabanggit na franchise para sa ABS-CBN ayon kay Cayetano.
