Sa nabanggit na bill, aamiyendahan ang Republic Act Number 3846 o ang batas na nagre-regulate sa mga radio stations at radio communications sa bansa.

Nakasaad sa panukalang batas na ito na ang legislative franchise ng isang radio station ay ikukunsiderang ‘provisionally renewed’ oras na makapagsumite na ito sa kongreso ng balidong aplikasyon para sa franchise renewal. (DWIZ)
